For Flat Iron Finish

  1. Prepare hair with suitable smoothing product and be sure to distribute evenly roots to ends.
  2. Place section of the hair over the brush near the roots, begin stretching the hair with tension over the brush following with the dryer blowing air over the brush not on or at the brush and directing the section to where you want the hair to settle.

    • Thicker hair will need more tension finer hair will need less tension.
    • Extreme curl will need more tension.
    • Softer curl will need less tension.

For more tension turn the brush towards the ends of the section, for less tension turn your brush slightly towards the roots and pull.

  3. When you reach the ends of a section stop, remove the dryer and allow the hair to cool with tension allowing it to cool for a smooth glass like finish. Repeat with each section from roots to ends starting at the hair line and working sections upward.
