Delineation will ask you for information , including some personal information. This information is considered confidential. The information is not shared or sold to third parties. The information bay be used internally and with other Delineation departments and employees strictly for business purposes only.

Becoming a registered user – Clients will need to share some personal information, such as their name, address, e-mail address. They do not need to register to view information on Delineation’s website, however the client will need to register if they decide they would like to make a purchase.

Making a purchase – When a Client purchases something from Delineation‘s on-line store, they will be required to supply a billing address, a shipping address, a means of contact (telephone number and/or an e-mail address) and their credit card information for payment.

How Delineation protects your information – Delineation will never display the client’s full credit card number, only the last four digits. We strongly urge our clients to protect their privacy as well. Do not share your user name or password with anyone. Delineation will never call you and ask for your user name or password.

Delineation will use your e-mail address to send out our monthly newsletter and other announcements or promotions. When you register you have the option of opting out of receiving these announcements by selecting NO. As always if you change your mind you may subscribe back or have yourself taken off the list in the future.

Delineation may share your information with outside companies that perform services for us, such as Canada Post, The US Postal Service or any courier service Company.

Children under 13 – You may look at our site but you cannot make a purchase. You also cannot become a registered user. Out site is not designed for children and we do not wish to collect any personal information from any of our clients that are under the age of 13.
