Refund Policy

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. The exchange rate is determined by the client’s credit card company at the time of purchase. Acceptable forms of payment – Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

The sales tax rate depends on the shipping destination. HST (13%) are applicable on shipments within Canada. Shipments made anywhere outside of Canada are HST exempt.

Client must contact us immediately if for some reason the order is not correct or if they wish to return an item.

Delineation will only offer a store credit if the client has contacted us within the seven (7) days to make arrangements for returning an item.

The client will be contacted when we have received the returned product and the credit has been applied to their store account.

Product must be unused, must be in its original packaging and the client must have the receipt.

Store credit will only be offered and applied to the client’s store account when item is returned .The store credit is kept on their file. There is no expiration date for this credit. The client may use the credit for either another product, shipping/handling or services if they live in the GTA.

The store credit is for the full purchase amount (excluding shipping & handling) to their Delineation account. There are no refunds for shipping & handling or return shipping (from the client to us).

The following items can not be returned: Make up, hard goods (blow dryers, curling irons, flat irons), hair accessories, brushes and nail polishes for sanitary reasons.
